Terani 262E7139 Off-the-Shoulder Beaded Band Mermaid Evening Gown
Terani 262E7139 is an evening gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline that dips into a sweetheart shape at the center. A wide band of beaded and embroidered floral embellishment edges the neckline and forms short off-the-shoulder sleeves. The rest of the gown is clean and smooth, with a fitted bodice that continues into a slim mermaid skirt. The skirt flares gently below the knee and extends into a sweep train. At the back, the beaded band runs straight across the shoulders above a plain fitted back with a center seam.

For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
