Terani 262M7253 Cold-Shoulder Puff Sleeve Bow Back Mother of the Bride Gown
Terani 262M7253 is a mermaid mother of the bride gown with a scooped square neckline and dramatic cold-shoulder puff sleeves. Wide straps hold the bodice, while separate gathered three-quarter sleeves sit below the shoulders and leave them open. Floral appliqué accents the fitted, structured bodice and continues lightly onto the waist. The gown is close-fitting through the hips before flaring into a full mermaid hem with a sweep train. At the back, a V-shaped opening is finished with an oversized sculpted bow that spans the shoulder blades, and a hidden zipper closes the gown beneath the bow.

For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
